Having recipes to attempt to get attached to is a particularly helpful tool for almost everyone who tries the homeopathic HCG diet. It’s one thing to limit yourself to a very short list of foods and only 500 calories per day. But it’s another thing entirely to limit yourself to those foods in their raw form. Mix it up a bit! Try a few different combinations and recipes. You’ll find that it improves your mood drastically to feel like you sat down to an actual meal. (And you won’t have any guilt because these free HCG diet recipes are all created explicitly to coincide with the protocol as set down by the homeopathic HCG diet). Try this one:

Garlic Roast

Your ingredients:

roast, use a 3 lb. lean beef roast will all the fat removed

onion, 1/2, chunked

garlic, large cloves, 6 to 8

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon

sea salt, 1 tsp.

pepper

water as needed

Preheat the oven to 350. Your 3 pound roast goes in a roasting pan. You’ll need to cut 6 slits in the top of your roast. One cut of garlic will go in each of the slits. You’ll mix all your spices in a bowl and then rub them on your roast. Fill your roasting pan about an inch deep with your water. Add your garlic and onion right into the water with your roast. Cook approx. 55 minutes (time varies depending upon exact roast size, oven, and personal preference). Don’t serve yourself too much! One serving is 3 oz.
